At Sheffer Performance, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

• Item is unused
• Item is uninstalled
• Item is in original packaging
• Item is in resellable condition

Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Electrical components
• Installed or used parts
• Special order items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email darensheffer@gmail.com with order number and reason.
2. Wait for Return Authorization (RA).
3. Ship item back with RA number included.

Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Return Shipping

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend insured shipping.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 5 days of delivery.
• Provide photos of packaging and damage.

Defective items may be subject to manufacturer warranty review.

Refunds

Once approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 5–10 business days.
  

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
